Let me introduce the International Coalition of Astrology Educators (ICAE).
First, the ICAE is not a school.
We’re a group of astrologers focused on teamwork, setting high standards, and advocating common standards for professional and academic growth in astrology.

For years, the ICAE founders have been involved in developing shared standards for high-quality astrology education. Our goal is to develop a set of shared competencies that can be used by individual astrology teachers and schools worldwide.
Have you ever wished for an easy way to know your students have the knowledge they need to be successful in one or more of your classes? This is the purpose of shared competencies. When astrology educators agree to common competencies, they become transparent when your students enroll. This helps remove the issue of unexpected learning gaps that can challenge you and your students.

Using competencies allows students and practitioners to measure student progress based on outcomes rather than just the amount of input or time invested. This approach ensures that learning objectives are met efficiently and that the mastery of key skills is prioritized.
Our coalition is dedicated to formulating collaborative criteria to help instructors and aid student success.
